RETURNS & REFUNDS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of our freshly roasted coffee as it is a perishable item. However, we would like to work with you to resolve the matter. Please contact us at uplevelroaster@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving your coffee in case of any issues.
Online orders are only eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once the order is in production we cannot make changes to it. For cancellations within the 24 hour window please email us at uplevelroaster@outlook.com. We do not offer price adjustments.
Pickup orders are not eligible for cancelation after 24 hours. Any unclaimed pickup orders will not be refunded, we will send a reminder the following week for pick up. If you want it shipped, your order will have to make the free shipping threshold ($68) or will be charged at the customer's expense.
