Canadian Orders
Free shipping for orders over $68 CAD nationwide.
Free pick up is also available at our location on Sundays from 2pm to 4pm: Unit 16- 145 Royal Crest Court, Markham, ON, L3R 9Z4. Please contact us at uplevelroaster@outlook.com to confirm.
US Orders
Due to recent regulatory changes, we are temporarily unable to ship orders to the United States.
We are actively monitoring the situation and hope to resume U.S. shipping as soon as possible.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this time.

International Orders
Shipping rates for all international orders will be calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING POLICY
Dispatch Time
The cut off time for all orders is 11:59pm EST on Thursdays. We roast on Fridays to Sundays and dispatch all orders on Mondays. However, the roastery is closed on national holidays, in the instances that Monday is a national holiday, we will ship the orders on Tuesdays.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking info will be sent out after orders are processed. Please note that deliveries may take longer to process during peak periods due to high volume.
General Information
Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 1 - 14 days, whereas international shipments are in transit for 4 - 22 days. Please note that these times are estimates only and not a guarantee.
All important information is necessary to prevent delays. Please make sure to provide us with accurate detailed shipping information, particularly when delivering to condos, office buildings, hotels, hospitals, or commercial locations. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Taxes
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
Damaged Items
If there is any damage to the product packaging or contents of your delivery, please contact us immediately at uplevelroaster@outlook.com. Please send us your order number, a photo of the damaged goods, and a brief description of the damage. We will do our best to send you a replacement in accordance with our terms and conditions.
