“I have grown with the coffee plant”, told us Silvestre when we asked about his motivations for growing coffee. There isn’t another phrase that could express better Silvestre’s feelings better than this one. His experience allows him to produce high-quality coffees and he hopes to pass this knowledge to his youngest son, which lives with him and his wife Olga. This lot is mainly made of the well-known Caturra variety, very common in the area and up to this day a great combination of quality and resistance to diseases.
