TRAINING KIT | Roast Identification Kit
A specialized sensory training tool designed to help coffee professionals and enthusiasts identify common roast characteristics and defects developed during the roasting process.
The Roast Identification Kit includes six 100g samples:
- Fast roast
- Light roast
- Two “correct” (well-developed) roasts
- Baked roast
- Dark roast
This kit is suitable for:
- Roasters
- CQI Q Graders, SCA New Q and Evolved Q candidates
- Coffee professionals, home roasters, and brewers looking to deepen their sensory skills
It is also designed for those who enjoy exploring and challenging their palate through comparative tasting.
This first release features Peru washed process. We will rotate origins as each batch sells out, allowing you to explore how different coffees express roast development in unique ways.
Order cuts off on Thursday 11:50pm EST. We roast on Fridays to Sundays and dispatch all orders on Mondays.
