Training Kit | Defect Identification

A sensory training tool designed to help coffee professionals and enthusiasts recognize and identify common sensory defects and taints found in coffee.

The kit may include common coffee defects such as Phenolic and/or Mold.

Each sample consists of coffee containing approximately 20% defective beans, designed to provide a 90% likelihood of detecting the defect in the cup.
